General Reservation Information
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Hotel will charge the first night at the time of booking. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. heck-in after 3PM.
- Check-in after 3PM.
- Check-out by 11AM.
- You must be 18+ years old to book a room. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
- To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $200 per stay on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. Know there is a smoking fee of $250 per smoking violation.

As part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that you present the credit card used for booking upon check-in. This helps us ensure the accuracy of your reservation details and maintain the security of your account.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate you choosing 6080 Design Hotel for your upcoming stay. Please take note of our cancellation policies, which may vary depending on the rate selected during your reservation:
- Standard Rate Reservation:
Cancellation is free of charge if made up to 3 days before the arrival date. Please email us at reservations@6080hotel.com to cancel.
Cancellations or modifications within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue.
- Non-refundable and Pre-paid Promotional Rates:
These rates are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferrable, even in cases of force majeure/acts of God.
- Third-Party Bookings:
Reservations made through third-party sites are subject to their cancellation policies and fees. Please contact them directly for any cancellations or modifications.
- Other Reservations:
Unless otherwise noted on your confirmation, cancellations must be made up to 7 days before the arrival date to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue if you do not show up.
Resort Access
The following items are included in the daily $43 resort fee, per room plus tax and applied at the time of check in:

Valet
We’re pleased to offer valet service for all vehicles (Excluding big trucks) during your stay at 6080 Design Hotel. The cost is $40 plus tax per overnight.

Late Check-out Fee:
- 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: $50 + taxes
- 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: $120 + taxes
- After 3:00 pm: Price of one night’s stay+ Hotel Fee + taxes.
